1. ISE 2025
Where: Barcelona, Spain
When: 4-7 February 2025
Why: ISE is a giant among digital signage events. 82,000 square meters of space, 1400+ exhibitors and 73,000 attendees from 162 countries, it’s a must-visit, no less. In fact, Integrated Systems Europe is among the world’s largest events for AV and systems integration professionals. It takes place at the gargantuan Fira Barcelona Gran Via exhibition center.
Yes, Kitcast is going in 2025. We had a blast participating in 2024 and our company can’t wait to hit the Fira Barcelona floor again. This year, the agenda is as packed as always with 4 days of pure audiovisual extravaganza. 2. InfoComm 2025
Where: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida, USA
When: 11-13 June 2025
Why: you can’t miss InfoComm if you’re in the audiovisual space. It’s the largest professional audiovisual trade show in North America with history going back to 1946. Taking place in Orlando, Fl, it’s the best exhibition for networking with digital signage professionals and exploring opportunities in the US market. It gathers manufacturers, integrators, dealers and end-users with a tight program of demos, educational agenda and various themed round tables.
For exhibitors, InfoComm is always a great platform to present their latest products. For end-users, it’s an exciting place to see the new technologies and experience what’s next in audiovisual. Digital signage vector is important for organizers, so Kitcast regularly comes to Orlando to exhibit. Also, the conference is a perfect way to network with decision-makers so don’t think twice if your company is looking to attend for that reason.
As ISE, InfoComm is owned and managed by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA) (along with CEDIA) so the approaches to the organization are quite similar.
3. DSE 2025
Where: Hilton San Diego Bayfront, USA
When: 19-21 October, 2025
Why: Kitcast is fresh off DSE 2024, so we’re happy to include this show in the list of the best digital signage events in 2025. The Digital Signage Experience is one of the top choices for signage technology-focused happening. While the current edition is a smaller version of pre-COVID DSE, it’s still a superb show to attend if you’re looking to expand your connections in the industry, meet specialized professionals and connect with end-users who know what you’re talking about.
In 2025, the show will change its address. Las Vegas out, San Diego in (and we’re not complaining as the two cities are perfect for trade shows). What’s coming? You can expect showcases of the hottest digital signage technology, informative keynotes from experienced speakers and many examples of interactive solutions.
DSE holds the mark of one of the most important digital signage events in 2025. Just don’t forget to book your San Diego hotel beforehand.
4. EDUCAUSE Annual Conference 2025
Where: Nashville, TN, USA
When: 27–30 October, 2025
Why: EDUCAUSE 2025 is a specialized conference focused on higher education technology. If you work within the education space, this event is a must. Kitcast exhibited at 2024 edition and it was a great place to network. Narrow specialization makes EDUCAUSE a perfect event for getting straight to the point.
There are different sections here. “Explore” is all about the innovative solution and digital signage technology is represented there. Also, you’ve got “Connect” with a networking agenda and “Learn” bringing a learning curve to the show floor with a roaster of higher ed tech professionals.
Be aware that it’s on a much smaller scale than ISE or InfoComm. That’s both an advantage (if you’re into a more specialized conversation) and a minus (the booth traffic may be slow at times).
5. JNUC 2025
Where: Denver, Colorado, USA
When: 7-9 October, 2025
Why: we’re getting super specialized here. JNUC (Jamf Nation User Conference) is among the largest events for Apple system administrators in the world. That makes it the ultimate conference choice for all the Appleheads with a very tight-knit community, an interesting program, many innovations at the exhibition and a more boutique feel.

2. InfoComm

Where: 2023 edition will be held in Orlando
Why you should attend: it’s all about the AV at InfoComm. Every year the event makes headlines in the tech press with the new technologies being presented. Digital signage has a strong presence there, it’s at the core of Infocomm’s ethos.
With more than 25000 attendees yearly, a colorful educational track, an insightful keynote schedule, and participants from all the US states and the world, you’re getting a highly inspirational event. It’s perfect for catching up with AV tweeps, networking, exchanging ideas, looking for partners, seeing what’s new, and understanding novel trends.
As for the exhibitors, the place is booming with cool AV stuff. It’s very futuristic, fun, and comprehensive. You’ve got more than 7000 exhibitors so plenty of things to discover.
And all of us InfoComm adherents love the fact that it’s held in sunny Orlando. You simply can’t beat the Florida cheer and you’re never far from the waters of the Gulf after a fulfilling day at the show.

Why you should attend: DSS is a boutique digital signage-only event with a German flare that is a great idea if you want to stay on the topic of the screens and everything that’s connected with them. Every year it brings a fantastic cohort of thinkers, professionals, and lecturers that provide their thoughts on the industry, give directions and provide helpful business tips.
It’s also a great event if you’re looking into penetrating the European market. Munich is the central city of the continent and with DSS you’re getting a fantastic entry point for this area.
