InfoComm 2024 Day 3 was the slowest in booth work, but Kitcast still had a very productive time on the floor. We saw more cool booths, got excellent leads, and networked with more professionals. It was the final day so here’s our closing InfoComm 2024 blog.
Key Kitcast takeaways from InfoComm 2024 Day 3

The “curse of the final day” is real. We experienced it at ISE 2024 and it came back at InfoComm 2024. Attendees are tired of walking around the gargantuan halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center, much of the excitement is gone, and the energy is lacking.
Moreover, we’ve noticed that many attendees came only for Day 1 or Day 2. Thus InfoComm 2024 Day 3 felt like being in a trade show desert at times. And it’s not only us, many booths around ours experienced the same.
You can’t blame people, though. High-quality networking requires investment and enthusiasm. It can’t go on forever. We’re not robots, after all.
That’s why at the finale it’s not like at the beginning. Kitcast booth saw a fraction of the numbers we’d seen during the first two days. Yet, the people who came were really interested in digital signage software for Apple TV. While the numbers were down, during Day 3 we got to meet some true AV and Apple aficionados. Also, the conversations were longer and got into more detail.
So is it a win for Kitcast? Absolutely.
InfoComm 2024 Numbers
AVIXA has released the numbers and there are some interesting stats.
– 833 exhibitors came to the Las Vegas Convention Center with pro AV products
– the size of InfoComm was 407,000 net square feet in the West and Central Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center
– the total registrants’ number at InfoComm 2024 was 36,967 people
– InfoComm 2024 had 30,271 verified attendees from 125 countries. International attendance was 23%
– 71% of the InfoComm 2024 attendants were from the pro AV channel and 29% were end users.
“There are so many layers to InfoComm, which allows each participant to select a unique path. Professional development, technology demonstrations, networking, and experiential AV at sites around Las Vegas – it was all here in one place for a week,” said David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD, CEO of AVIXA. “InfoComm is a high-energy, busy week for thousands of people that sparks innovations, creates connections, and makes lasting memories.”
Looking at these numbers, the Kitcast team feels proud to belong to such an exciting AV happening. It’s not our first InfoComm and it’s definitely not our last.
Top InfoComm 2024 trends

Trade shows are ideal for understanding the current industry landscape. InfoComm 2024 gathered the leading AV companies in the world so we could see what’s trending at the moment.
Emphasis on personalization
Customer experience became the number 1 trend on the show floor in 2024. The AV solution today should be interactive and engaging. That’s what we saw at the booths of such companies as Sony, LG, Samsung, and Panasonic. The user comes first and it’s the experience that matters.
Sustainability goes mainstream
The shift to being more environmentally friendly is strongly felt among the top AV companies at InfoComm 2024. AVIXA, the show’s organizer, has proclaimed this year’s show “focused on advancing sustainability.” Samsung has presented Color E-Paper, an ultra-low power display, and Sony had a big installation about their sustainability-focused Road to Zero program. Overall, this is a very nice trend both for the industry and for the planet.
Booths become more inventive
AV companies can get really creative when it comes to booth design. And while some were corporate-level classy and ordinary, others took an approach of surprise to drive traffic. Christie had an impromptu concert of the Californian band Something Corporate at their booth. There was a section full of real puppies at the West Hall. Many stands came with in-house cafes and bars. Philips brought an actual F1 car. And Epson had a Cirque du Soleil performance accompanied by their projector technology.
Thanks for being with us!

InfoComm 2024 Day 3 ends and we say goodbye to Las Vegas.
Kitcast would like to thank everyone who came to our booth! It was awesome to meet fellow AV professionals, other brands, and journalists. We loved showcasing Kitcast 2.0 to potential users and demoing our AI features.
See you at the next InfoComm!
